The agreement between you and Council AI covering accounts, billing, acceptable use, and who owns what the models produce.
Council AI is a subscription service that runs your prompt across multiple third-party AI models and returns a synthesized answer. You keep ownership of what you submit. AI-generated output is provided without warranty of accuracy and you are responsible for verifying it before you act on it. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and either side may terminate. By accessing and using Council AI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and
provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
Council AI is a multi-LLM collaborative AI platform that orchestrates conversations between multiple
AI models to provide comprehensive answers and diverse perspectives on user queries.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all
activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized
use of your account.
Each paid plan is available on a monthly or annual billing interval. All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date, and subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with access continuing to the end of the paid period.
Any annual charge may be refunded on request within 14 days of that charge; we may deduct a proportionate amount for the portion of the service period already used. After 14 days, annual charges are non-refundable, and cancellation stops the next renewal. Where consumer-protection law in your country grants you broader withdrawal or refund rights, those rights are unaffected.
Monthly plans are not refunded for voluntary cancellations — cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid month. If we terminate your account other than for a breach of these terms, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. Refund requests: billing@council-ai.app.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All responses generated by the AI models are provided "as is" without warranties. You acknowledge
that AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for
verifying the accuracy of any information before relying on it.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Council AI and are
protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain
ownership of your input queries and may use AI-generated responses as permitted under our license.
Council AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not
exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described
in that policy to provide and improve the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms of Service. Where possible, we will provide 14 days' notice before termination and an opportunity to address the violation. In cases of severe abuse or legal requirements, immediate action may be taken. If your account is terminated, you may appeal by contacting support@council-ai.app within 30 days. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes
via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance
of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
