Council AI relies on third-party sub-processors in three groups: the AI labs that run inference on your prompts (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek, Qwen, xAI), the infrastructure that stores and caches your data (Firebase, Upstash), and the services that handle payment and transactional email (Whop, Resend). This list is published for transparency under GDPR Article 28.
